Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

For a successful refund or exchange, the product must have been bought from Summit Eight. If you purchase from a 3rd party marketplace such as Walmart or eBay, please process your return on that platform.

You have a 15 days after your order is delivered to return or exchange items. If this period has elapsed, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

Please ensure the product is returned in the condition you received it, untouched and in its original packaging. If it’s found otherwise, there may be deductions from your refund.

Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Additionally, the items listed below are not eligible for returns:

• Software
• Gift cards
• Clearance items

How Returns Work

Upon receiving your return, we’ll promptly inform you of the return shipping address. After inspecting the returned product, you’ll be updated on the status of your return within 14 business days.

The full amount will be credited to your original payment method for returns received in its original condition.

Defective or Damaged Items

If the item you’ve received is damaged or defective, we can arrange an exchange for you to make things right with your order.  Please note: you will need to provide us photos of the product.

Details on Shipping

Kindly note, items returned for reasons including but not limited to: Buyer does not want or like the item, Buyer ordered the wrong item, Buyer shipping address is incorrect, Packages returned/discarded/detained due to consignee customs compliance issue, etc. will be either partially approved or non-refundable.  Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

If you notice an issue with your order such as an incorrect shipping address – contact us immediately so we can correct your order details before shipment.  If you would like to cancel your order, we can approve order cancellation prior to shipment.

If your return includes items valued over $50, we suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We can’t ensure all returns will reach us.
